WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Approval of State Implementation Plan Requirements for the 2008 Ozone Standard.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 1 by Karen McGuire, Acting Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
