WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Colorado; Revisions to Colorado Procedural Rules and Common Provisions Regulation.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 2 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Colorado State Implementation Plan (SIP) that were submitted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) on May 20, 2022.
