WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; California; San Joaquin Valley 1-Hour Ozone Area; Maintenance Plan and Redesignation Request.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
