WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; California; Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District; Tehama County Air Pollution Control District; San Diego County Air Pollution Control District; Emissions Statement Requirements.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 18 by Cheree D. Peterson, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
