Summary: Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (ADEE) to the EPA on February 4, 2025.
