WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval: Arizona: Infrastructure Requirements for the 2012 Fine Particulate Matter National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
