WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Afidopyropen; Pesticide Tolerances.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
Summary: This regulation amends the current tolerance for residues of the insecticide afidopyropen in or on the food and feed commodities of raw agricultural commodity of strawberry by increasing it from 0.15 parts per million (ppm) to 0.3 ppm and removes the established time-limited tolerance in or on strawberry at 0.3 ppm.
