WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Adequacy Status of the Klamath Falls, Oregon Submitted 2006 24-Hour PM.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Emma Pokon, Regional Administrator, Region 10.

Summary: The EPA is notifying the public that we have found the motor vehicle emissions budgets for the Klamath Falls, Oregon 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter standard nonattainment area adequate for transportation conformity purposes. The budgets were submitted on August 20, 2024, as part of Oregon's Klamath Falls Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan.
