WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: US Ecology Nevada, Inc. High Mercury Subcategory Wastes Land Disposal Restrictions Variance.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 6 by John W. Busterud, Assistant Administrator, Office of Land Emergency Management.
