WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) Program: Standards for 2026 and 2027, Partial Waiver of 2025 Cellulosic Biofuel Volume Requirement, and Other Changes; Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
