WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Listing of Substitutes Under the Significant New Alternatives Policy Program in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and Fire Suppression.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 10 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
