WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Data Reporting and Recordkeeping Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); Revision to Regulation.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 13 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
