WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Hawaii; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 17 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
