WASHINGTON, Dec. 31 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: No-Migration Variance From Land Disposal Restrictions for Clean Harbors Grassy Mountain, Utah.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 31 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
