WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From Secondary Lead Smelting Technology Review.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.

Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Secondary Lead Smelting source category ("Secondary Lead Smelting NESHAP") under Clean Air Act (CAA) section 112.
