WASHINGTON, June 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 17 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
