WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Massachusetts: Final Authorization of State Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, U.S. EPA Region I.
Summary: Massachusetts has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended.
