WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System: Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals From Electric Utilities; Extension of an Alternative Closure Requirement Deadline.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
