WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Finding of Failure To Attain for the Missouri Portion of the St. Louis Nonattainment Area for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 20 by Edward H. Chu, Acting Regional Administrator, Region 7.
