ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS FOR THE STEAM ELECTRIC POWER GENERATING POINT SOURCE CATEGORY-DEADLINE EXTENSIONS

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Steam Electric Power Generating Point Source Category-Deadline Extensions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
