WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval of Clean Air Plans; San Joaquin Valley, California; Contingency Measures for 1997 Ozone Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 14 by Cheree Peterson, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
