WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval of Air Quality Implementation Plans; California; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Joshua F.W. Cook, Regional Administrator, Region IX.
