WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Implementation Plans; New York; Emission Statement Certification of the 2008 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 8 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, Region 2.
