WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans (Negative Declarations) for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; District of Columbia.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the negative declarations submitted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DCDOEE) on July 19, 2024 and August 28, 2024.
