WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; West Virginia; Revisions to Regulation for Control of Ozone Season Nitrogen Oxide Emissions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 11 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
