WASHINGTON, March 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Revisions; California; Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District; New Source Review; Stationary Source Permits.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 26 by Cheree D. Peterson, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
