WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Revisions; Arizona; Maricopa County Air Quality Department; Particulate Matter; Incinerators, Burn-Off Ovens, and Crematories.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
