WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Wyoming; R-35 Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations Rule Package.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 8.
