WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Revision to the Regulatory Definition of Volatile Organic Compound.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
