WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Repeal of Existing Stationary Source Regulations.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision (Revision B23) submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
