WASHINGTON, May 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas and Oklahoma; Texas Regional Haze Plans for the First and Second Implementation Periods and Five-Year Progress Report; Oklahoma Regional Haze Plan for the First Implementation Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 23 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator Region 6.
