WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas and Oklahoma; Texas Regional Haze Plans for the First and Second Implementation Periods and Five-Year Progress Report; Oklahoma Regional Haze Plan for the First Implementation Period; Extension of Comment Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 20 by James McDonald, Director, Air and Radiation Division, Region 6.
