WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Ozone Nonattainment Area.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 24 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
