WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
