WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 24 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
Summary: Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP).
