WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Proposed Revision to Philadelphia Gas Works, Richmond Plant Reasonably Available Control Technology Plan Under the 1997 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 6 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
