WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program Certification for Moderate Nonattainment Under the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
