WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Oregon; 2024 Vehicle Inspection Program Updates.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Emma Pokon, Regional Administrator, Region 10.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve revisions to the Oregon State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality on April 3, 2025.
