WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Second Maintenance Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 19 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP).
