WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; North Carolina; Removal of Emissions Exemptions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 15 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve separate but related State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the North Carolina Division of Air Quality (NCDAQ).
