WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Montana; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period; Prong 4 (Visibility) for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
