The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 27 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) related to Definitions and Common Reference Tables used in Missouri rules. EPA has also previously approved this rule as part of the air planning and permitting program.
