WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Control of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions and Approval and Promulgation of State Plan (Negative Declaration) for Designated Facilities and Pollutants.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 27 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
Summary: The EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Missouri.
