WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Maryland; Clean Data Determination for the Baltimore, MD Nonattainment Area for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 23 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
