WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Emissions Inventory and Nonattainment New Source Review for the Henderson-Webster Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.
