WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; GA; Updates to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.
