WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; 2017 Base Year Emissions Inventory for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Karen McGuire, Acting Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
