WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; California; State Implementation Plan Revision for Chico, Modesto, and Stockton Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Areas.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Cheree D. Peterson, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
