WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; California; Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District; Replacing Outdated Requirements.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
