WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; AK; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 30 by Daniel Opalski, Deputy Regional Administrator, Region 10.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the Alaska regional haze plan for the second implementation period. Alaska submitted the plan to address applicable requirements under the Clean Air Act and the EPA's Regional Haze Rule.
